The office is at 6595 Florida Ave S, Suite 13, Lakeland, FL 33813, minutes south of Southgate Shopping Center and close to Lakeside Village off Harden Blvd. The quickest way in is the Polk Parkway, FL-570, exiting at Florida Avenue southbound. Patients drive in from Highland City, Christina, Grasslands, Scott Lake, Dixieland and Cleveland Heights, and from the US-98 corridor. Parking is directly outside the suite. Watch the suite number, because more than one business shares the building. Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center is about 15 minutes away, with no affiliation to us.

Keep moving gently rather than lying flat for three days. Get examined. Then go back to whatever the medical advice was from the emergency department, if you went, and follow it.

Feeling fine at the roadside is normal and it is not evidence that nothing happened. Adrenaline masks pain for hours, and ligament and disc tissue takes time to swell and stiffen.
