The office sits on North US-441 just above the CR 466 intersection, which is the junction almost everyone in this market navigates by. Parking is surface level immediately outside, no garage and no stairs, and golf-cart travel is a genuine part of getting around here rather than a novelty, so call ahead and the front desk will talk you through the current cart routes. Patients come from across The Villages and from Lady Lake, Summerfield, Wildwood, Oxford, Fruitland Park and Leesburg, spanning Sumter, Lake and Marion counties. Spanish Springs Town Square is the closest of the squares, Lake Sumter Landing a straightforward run, Brownwood Paddock Square the longest. We are a short drive from the Lake-Sumter State College campus in Leesburg and close to UF Health The Villages Hospital, affiliated with neither.

Yes, and it is one of the most common presentations at this office. Spinal stenosis is a narrowing of the canal the nerves travel through, which is why the legs tire and complain after a few hundred yards and why leaning on a trolley feels better. Care here is non-surgical and starts with an examination and imaging where it is needed, so we can tell whether decompression and nerve rehabilitation are reasonable for your case or whether you should be seeing a surgeon instead.
